RENOWNED OC RESTAURANT REINVENTS ITSELF AS ITALIAN STEAKHOUSE
(Anaheim White House Broadens Italian Concept To Focus On High Quality Beef & Game Dishes)

The Anaheim White House, a popular fine dining destination in the heart of Orange County for more than 25 years, has reinvented itself as an "Italian steakhouse," focusing on fine cuts of hormone-free beef and game while offering loyal guests the signature seafood, chicken and pasta dishes they've come to expect. Among the new offerings are New York steak (8 & 12 oz) with peppercorn and brandy sauce; filet mignon (7 & 10 oz) topped with Gorgonzola; 10 oz. peppered hanger steak with herbed Chianti infusion; a 16 oz. Australian Waygu, a cut rarely available at most restaurants and the highlights of the new menu; New Zealand rack of venison in a red currant raspberry coulis; and a 10 oz. North Dakota bison tenderloin in a hickory smoked bacon balsamic reduction.
“After 25 years, I thought it was time to shakes things up and reinvent the restaurant, while not completely straying from the concept that has earned us such a loyal following over the years,” said owner Bruno Serato, who said that nearly all of the pasta, fish and chicken entrees are still on the menu. “Embracing this level of quality in terms of beef and game is a commitment.  It's expensive product...the finest in the world.  Our guests, though, have expressed an interest in having us broaden our core menu to include more steak and game offerings and we're delighted to serve them.”
Situated in a historic national landmark mansion dating to 1909, the Anaheim White House is also known for its extensive wine list, unparalleled service and an elegant setting to create a dining experience that is timeless, remarkable and without equal. Located at 887 South Anaheim Blvd., in Anaheim, Orange County.  For more information, visit www.anaheimwhitehouse.com.
