FAMED OC RESTAURATEUR RELEASES PRIVATE WINE LABEL TO PUBLIC
(Bruno Serato Unveils “Bin #7” at Luncheon; Proceeds Benefit Motel Children)
Bruno Serato, owner and founder of the Anaheim White House who was named CNN Hero for his humanitarian efforts, announced the debut of his very own private barrel wine label and will introduce it at a fundraiser for Caterina's Club on Tuesday, March 20 at 11:30 a.m. Guests will be the first to experience “Bin #7,” which will soon be available exclusively at the Anaheim White House. Produced in the countryside surrounding Serato’s hometown in Italy (he calls it "the Napa Valley of Italy"), Val Bolicella Superiore Bin #7 gives off a sensation of cherry and berries and is endowed with a lively acidity that creates just the right perception of freshness.
“I'm delighted to introduce my new wine, Bin #7, and can think of no better way to mark its debut than with supporters of Caterina's Club right here at the Anaheim White House,” said Serato. “Whenever I taste it I’m transported back to the rolling hills of my hometown.”
Guests at the luncheon also will enjoy a live fashion show introducing the new spring collection from Bettini’s. All proceeds from the $55 luncheon will benefit Serato’s nonprofit, which feeds more than 50,000 meals to needy motel children annually. Reservations are required and can made by calling 714-772-1381.
